Help Save Master. Anjuri Vivansh Venkat : A Father (Anjuri Srinivas Rao) Plea for His Son Life

This is to inform you that Master. Anjuri Vivansh Venkat is 1 Year male child S/o Mr. Anjuri Srinivas Rao with UHID no: CUV-00176553 was admitted at Rainbow Children's Hospital. He was diagnosed with GRISCELLI SYNDROME TYPE-II. Being a high risk disease, he requires Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which is the only curative option as of now. UNCLE is Match Related Donor (12/12), we need to proceed with Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) with UNCLE as a Donor

The cost of HSCT including chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations, stem cell collection and transplant along with supportive care with IV antibiotic, IV anti-fungal, GvHD prevention & Management and Nutritional support.

This letter is being issued upon request for the purpose of financial assistance towards the patient's medical treatment.
