This is to inform you that Master Gaddam.Varnith is 1. Year 11 Months male Slo Mr.G.Srinath with UHID no: VIH-00180699 was admitted at Rainbow Children's Hospital. He was diagnosed with Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome. Being a high risk disease, he requires Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which is the only curative option as of now. Father is a 9/10 HLA match, with negative DSA. So we need to go for Mismatch related donor HSCT with Father as a Donor.

Post BMT, his enzyme levels improved, and he showed neurological recovery. However, 6 Months post HSCT, he developed secondary graft failure. This condition can be well rescued with a CD34, boost; hence this procedure is planned.

The cost of Post transplant care, including CD34 boost, hospitalization, investigations, along with supportive care with IV antibiotics, IV anti-fungal, GvHD preservation & Management, and nutritional support is estimated around Rs.12-14/-lakhs.

In case of any unexpected complications, cost may go up.
